Job Title: Production Operator I / Production Associate I
Location: Shepherdsville, KY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator I / Production Associate I to join our team in Shepherdsville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for the refurbishment and servicing of medical grade shipping containers. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refurbish and service medical grade shipping containers as per standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety policies.
  • Assist the Services Lead with training and onboarding new associates.
  • Maintain flexibility to be cross-trained and work in multiple departments.
  • Rotate between departments based on business needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
  • Must own and wear steel toed boots.
  • Demonstrated history of strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to be trained across all departments.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, production environment.
  • Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
