Description

Product Verification & Validation Engineer  

  • Location: Horicon, WI (53032)
  • Duration: 12 months (contract extension potential)
  • Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
  • Pay: Negotiable depending on direct-related experience up to $38 - $42 an hour
  • Work Authorization: Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents without CURRENT OR FUTURE sponsorship requirements.

 

What makes you stand out:
  • Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution.
  • Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)
  • Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications.

 

Duties include developing, executing test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:
  • Plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad scope.
  • Aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.
  • Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.
  • Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results
  • Lead and execute vehicle tests

 

Required:
  • 4-year engineering or technology degree
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Fluent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills
