Job Title: Process Technician
Location: Greenville, TX.
Hourly Rate: $25.00

Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled Process Technicians to join our customers team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our structural foam molding processes. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely and effectively perform mold and version changes according to the production schedule.
  • Set up molding machines and ancillary equipment related to the molding process.
  • Utilize process technology to minimize variation and optimize product manufacturing.
  • Enhance machine efficiency through automation uptime and process optimization.
  • Execute mold start-ups using applicable plastic fundamentals.
  • Maintain process guidelines, including cycle times, E-Darts, clamp movement, etc.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and remove End of Arm Tooling (EOAT).
  • Analyze and understand FPI/SA paperwork and process variances.
  • Work safely and efficiently, using personal protective equipment as required, and adhere to all safety documentation.
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, promoting and sustaining CI, 5S, and STW activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Forklift certification.
  • Desired: Vocational or Technical Degree; Forklift certification.

Work Experience:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in plastic molding is desired.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
  • Night Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
  • Training may be conducted during the day shift.
