• $25.00 per hour
• 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm

What You'll Do: As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operations across multiple sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Championing Excellence: Leverage your knowledge of Operations Excellence principles to guide teams towards a goal of world-class manufacturing.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Utilize cutting-edge continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing standards and processes.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional leaders to identify real issues, seize opportunities, and lead impactful improvement initiatives.
• Innovating Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle manufacturing challenges and develop effective solutions that drive measurable results.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Share your expertise with colleagues to build a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the plant.

 


What We're Looking For: This role may be a perfect fit if you have:

• Some experience in manufacturing or a related field; leadership experience is a plus!
• A willingness to be boots on the ground, a passion for process improvement, and a desire to drive change.
