Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Print Manufacturing
Location: Louisville, Ky 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $23–$25/hour (based on print knowledge) Job Summary Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a dynamic print manufacturing environment! You'll be the key liaison, ensuring customers receive top-quality print products delivered on time. You'll follow quality standards and take ownership of requests, helping maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer orders for processing by gathering, organizing, and recording print requests and documents.
  • Clarify requirements, prepare job tickets, and coordinate deadlines to complete customer print requests.
  • Oversee jobs through all phases — estimating, planning, prepress, pressroom, bindery, and shipping.
  • Maintain open communication among departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
  • Work directly with customers during ordering, proofing, and delivery stages.
  • Monitor daily job status and proactively resolve issues throughout the print process.
  • Keep all departments informed of job changes and maintain consistent updates for customers.
  • Foster a positive, respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers.
  • Stay current with industry trends and knowledge, sharing as needed.
  • Respond promptly and positively to all customer requests with a can-do attitude.
  • Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the entire offset printing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above-average problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Possesses an energetic, polite, attentive, and friendly personality.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done—including overtime.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player.
  • Sympathetic and responsive to both external and internal customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn as technology and industry standards evolve.
