Now Hiring: Print Production Associate – C Shift
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule:

• Regular Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Training Week: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay:

• $17.50/hr during training
• $18.00/hr after training

Job Type: Temporary with potential for long-term placement
 
About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility as a Print Production Associate on our overnight C Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to build hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. Perfect for recent graduates or anyone seeking a reliable entry point into production work—with the chance for long-term growth!
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks such as collating, labeling, verifying, and binning of print materials
• Support quality control checks and order preparation for shipment
• Communicate delays, issues, or needs to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company standards
• Consistently meet daily production targets
• Assist during overtime, weekends, or holidays as required

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

 
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently
• Comfortable with occasional bending and working in a production environment
