Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule:
- Regular Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Training Week: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- $17.50/hr during training
- $18.00/hr after training
About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility as a Print Production Associate on our overnight C Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to build hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. Perfect for recent graduates or anyone seeking a reliable entry point into production work—with the chance for long-term growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as collating, labeling, verifying, and binning of print materials
- Support quality control checks and order preparation for shipment
- Communicate delays, issues, or needs to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company standards
- Consistently meet daily production targets
- Assist during overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently
- Comfortable with occasional bending and working in a production environment
