Kelly Services is hiring a Pricing and Availability Representative (PAR) in Farmington, CT!
If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy supporting internal teams in a fast-paced environment, this role places you at the center of Service and Spare Parts operations. You'll manage pricing and availability requests, process high-volume internal tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep service workflows moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Process a high volume of incoming internal tickets and email requests
- Maintain and update pricing and units of measure for TRUMPF spare parts
- Determine product centers and workflows for non–set-up spare parts
- Follow up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests
- Partner with Purchasing and Production to confirm part details, lead times, and pricing
- Respond to escalations with urgency while maintaining accuracy
- Use SAP and internal tools to document and complete requests
What You'll Bring
- Customer service or internal support experience preferred
- Experience handling high-volume email or ticket-based workloads
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Patient, professional communication style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- $19.00-$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Long-Term Temp with potential for permanent hire
- Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
