Kelly Services is hiring a Pricing and Availability Representative (PAR) in Farmington, CT!

If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy supporting internal teams in a fast-paced environment, this role places you at the center of Service and Spare Parts operations. You'll manage pricing and availability requests, process high-volume internal tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep service workflows moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Process a high volume of incoming internal tickets and email requests
• Maintain and update pricing and units of measure for TRUMPF spare parts
• Determine product centers and workflows for non–set-up spare parts
• Follow up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests
• Partner with Purchasing and Production to confirm part details, lead times, and pricing
• Respond to escalations with urgency while maintaining accuracy
• Use SAP and internal tools to document and complete requests

What You'll Bring

• Customer service or internal support experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume email or ticket-based workloads
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Patient, professional communication style
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
• $19.00-$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
• Long-Term Temp with potential for permanent hire
• Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
