Kelly Services is hiring a Pricing Specialist to support a respected manufacturer in the medical device industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pricing Specialist – Customer Experience Department
Location: Pomona, CA 91766
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$26/hour
Contract Duration: 3 months

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for researching and processing pricing requests while ensuring accurate records in the Oracle ERP system. You'll collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain pricing integrity, and support the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer account histories to verify pricing and recommend necessary adjustments

  • Maintain and update pricing records in Oracle ERP systems

  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and documentation standards

  • Generate and present detailed pricing reports and summaries

  • Reconcile pricing discrepancies with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Conduct periodic audits to validate data accuracy and pricing consistency

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, pricing, or financial analysis

  • Strong proficiency with Oracle ERP systems

  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency

  • Skilled in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
