Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $80-90K, based on Experience
1st Shift:  6 am-2:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products
  • Oversee all powder coating processes for peak quality
  • Manage electrical/mechanical assembly; verify production documentation
  • Train, evaluate, and support your team's development
  • Conduct quality studies; input production data and ensure accuracy
  • Tackle quality issues head-on to achieve top standards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in assembly and manufacturing operations
  • Proven leadership and training ability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Physical Duties:
  • Stand, use hands, reach, and communicate clearly
  • Occasionally walk, sit, stoop, or lift up to 50 lbs
  • Visual acuity for detailed work
