Salary Range: $120-$130,000
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with the company, not temporary

What's a typical day as a Plant Manager You'll be:
• Monitoring workplace safety, production outputs, and product quality.
• Evaluating manning requirements and implementing training plans.
• Strengthening floor leadership through coaching and skills development.
• Monitoring departmental spending and recommending cost reduction strategies.
• Planning for company growth and ensuring manufacturing operations can meet demands.
• Implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Developing and monitoring operating costs and budgets.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating staff effectively.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related discipline.
• Have ten or more years of proven manufacturing management experience.
• Have experience in packaging or converting (preferred).
• Possess strong problem resolution and leadership skills.
• Have knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Have effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Have experience in continuous process plant operations.
