Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, as a Pick/Pack Worker! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a fast-paced environment with temp-to-hire possibilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately picked and packed for our customers, contributing to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
-Shift: 1st shift- 7:30am- 4pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
