Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick Pack Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and on time. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the proper handling of products, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking Orders: Accurately pick items from shelves based on order forms or barcode scanners.

  • Packing Orders: Properly pack items into boxes or containers, ensuring that products are secured for safe transit.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock rotation, ensuring that products are stored in the correct location and that inventory levels are maintained.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure all items are correct, undamaged, and properly packed before shipment.

  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipment by labeling, sorting, and ensuring all necessary shipping documentation is included.

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety guidelines at all times.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

  • Report Issues: Communicate any issues with stock, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role preferred, but not required.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry products (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual tasks in a warehouse setting.

  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices in a warehouse environment.

    Hours: 11am - 7pm
    Pay rate: 19 hourly on W2
