Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker – General Warehouse
Location: Woodland, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Start Date: October 7, 2025
End Date: April 7, 2026
Compensation: $18.00/hour (OT: $27.00/hour, DT: $36.00/hour) Position Summary The Pick and Pack Worker is responsible for efficiently processing and shipping orders in a warehouse environment. Duties include picking, packing, receiving, scanning, auditing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards for organization, cleanliness, and safety while performing daily tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers.
  • Track all inbound and outbound items using RF (radio frequency) scanning for accurate inventory control.
  • Verify orders and enter data into inventory management systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
  • Adhere to quality standards and all warehouse policies.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Able to stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
  • Able to push, pull, grasp, and lift (up to 50 pounds).
  • Able to carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
  • Six months' experience operating motorized material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts).
  • Six months' experience using RF scanning devices.
  • Six months' experience with data entry in inventory management systems.
Additional Information:
  • This is a safety-sensitive role.
  • Overtime may be required.
