Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker – Warehouse Associate

Location: North Haven, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

About the Role:

Are you a reliable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced, team-oriented operation. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in the large format printing industry, where organization, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Schedule pickups with UPS/FedEx and other carriers

  • Determine the most efficient shipping methods and complete all necessary documentation

Receiving & Inventory Management:

  • Load/unload trucks using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts)

  • Inspect incoming deliveries and verify packing slips

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies or damages

Warehouse Organization & Safety:

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards or issues promptly

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics

  • Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems

  • Sit-down forklift experience required (certification a plus, or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
