PICK AND PACK ASSOCIATE – FRANKLIN PARK, IL
Schedule:
2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM ($21.50/hour)
3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM ($23.00/hour)
Pay: Weekly
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and replenish material supplies for each run
• Report shortages, damage, or inconsistencies promptly
• Assemble cardboard trays and stack finished products on pallets
• Wrap products and cartons, either manually or with a machine
• Ensure product count, selection, and labeling are correct
• Follow all safety rules, GMP, and company policies
• Keep work area neat and organized
• Assist other departments when needed

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• Steel-toed shoes required; lab coats/PPE provided
• Able to work in a refrigerated area
• Must pass a thorough background check
• Spanish speaking only is welcome
• Must follow dress code: neat clothing—no logos, no rips
