About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Payroll Analyst to assist our Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all units. This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry and make a significant impact on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payroll Manager with daily payroll processing functions.
- Contribute to system maintenance and security protocols.
- Maintain data integrity within the payroll system.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes.
- Assist in generating periodic management reports on key payroll metrics.
- Lead department-defined projects from start to finish.
- Define process requirements for implementing efficient business processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of payroll policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform analytical tasks and contribute to payroll-related projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in payroll processing.
