Long term Temporary Position through April 2026

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Payroll Analyst to assist our Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all units. This temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry and make a significant impact on our team.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Payroll Manager with daily payroll processing functions.
• Contribute to system maintenance and security protocols.
• Maintain data integrity within the payroll system.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes.
• Assist in generating periodic management reports on key payroll metrics.
• Lead department-defined projects from start to finish.
• Define process requirements for implementing efficient business processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of payroll policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Perform analytical tasks and contribute to payroll-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points (but not required):

• Previous experience in payroll processing.
