Now Hiring: Payroll Administrator (Temp Assignment)

Location: Central Pacific Plaza
220 South King St., Suite #870, Honolulu, HI 96813

Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule:

  • Payroll Week (Monday-Tuesday): 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (in-office)
  • All Other Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (in-office)

Pay Rate: $29/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 1 - 3 months (subject to business need)
Parking: Not provided

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll according to company policies.
  • Assist employees and managers with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and reconcile general ledger worksheets, payroll journals, tax reporting, and benefit/payroll tax payments.
  • Prepare and distribute required tax reporting documents (including W-2s).
  • Coordinate with payroll, HR, finance, and other stakeholders for proper payroll processing.
  • Administer the Bank's HRIS payroll and timekeeping modules.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Respond to internal and external audit inquiries and data requests.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma required.

Experience:

  • Payroll Administrator I: 1+ years of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience required.
  • Additional experience may be considered for a higher-level position.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
