Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Mom-Fri

What's a typical day as Patient Support Specialist? You'll be:
- Providing excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
- Supporting field teams, operations, and sales by delivering timely feedback to enhance patient experiences.
- Problem-solving common complaints by identifying trends and recommending preventative measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
