What's a typical day as a Packaging Supervisor? You'll be:

• Coordinating activities in the packaging area on each shift to produce finished products at target specifications in a food safe environment.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Union Agreement
• Supervising packaging area employees and directing their activities to provide the best support during each shift.
• Maximizing operational efficiencies and ensuring the safety of all employees
• Implementing process/productivity improvements to enhance safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Training employees on equipment operation, record keeping, and other necessary activities.
• Maintaining finished product quality, food safety, and overall sanitation procedures and practices

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Are available for a 2-2-3 (Panama) schedule, including rotating weekends.
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
