Packaging Operator (2nd Shift) - $16.50 per hour

Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow workstation procedures to maintain production standards, identifying defects in packaging including appearance, color, seal, and print quality.
- Conduct visual inspections of produced parts and separate items for rework or rejection based on specifications.
- Handle materials by changing and retrieving them, assembling and packing parts into chips, coding dates, and loading products onto pallets.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of manufacturing job experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English, including safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to lift 15-25 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
