Description
Kelly Services is seeking an Order Entry Admin Assistant with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation: $20 per hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Bell, CA
Responsibilities:
- Receive Purchase Orders from customers and enter them into an ERP computer system like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.
- Enter and process a high volume of customer orders daily with 100% accuracy.
- Respond to all incoming purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update product knowledge.
- Multitask, stay organized, and keep track of customers' open orders.
- Multitask by answering incoming phone calls, handling chats, looking up part numbers, checking stock, and calculating freight charges simultaneously on different screens throughout the day.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or current pursuit preferred.
- Passion for people and developing genuine relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced (fun) working environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to sort and filter through part numbers and product features.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Experience with MRP/ERP computer systems.
- Good typing speed of 40-50 WPM with minimal errors.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours.
