What a typical day as an Operations Support II might look like:
l Include information about the accountability and scope.
l MAXIMO Super user access to write, monitor, and complete Maximo Service Requests for multiple departments and maintain Asset Data integrity
l Writes and assists in developing job plans and PM's per MEP guidelines
l Builds & monitors Cognos queries for EHS, Quality, AP16 Maintenance, Corporate Maintenance, Engineering, and Production
l Performs Maximo training as a qualified trainer for multiple Departments.
l Independently maintains the AP16 fork truck lease and Maintenance program.
l Write, monitor, review & close Maximo work orders for AP16 Maintenance, Engineering, Production, & Corporate Maintenance work groups
l Provide financial tracking support and requests for Capital Projects and departmental requests. Initiate Purchase Orders through SRM and Maximo
l Creates and monitors DSP requests for SAP system and vendor updates.
l Provide general administrative support to one or more managers as assigned. Provide back up support to Director-level management as needed.
l New employee onboarding and office set ups. Plan events, meetings, and teleconference set ups. Make travel arrangements and process expense reports, Tracks all hours, overtime, and vacations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
l High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
3+ years of MAXIMO and SAP experience
3+ years Administrative experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, 365, Visio, One Note, Teams and Outlook.
