Kelly Services is hiring an Operations Specialist to support EyeMed, a brand under Luxottica, a global eyewear leader known for brands such as Ray-Ban and Oakley. This role is based in Mason, OH 45040 and offers a hybrid work setup with a consistent schedule.

Collaborative role supporting broker data management and service operations
-
Maintain the integrity of current broker data in the EyeMed CRM environment
-
Develop, maintain, monitor, and report on department standards and results
-
Monitor work queues and respond promptly to internal and external customers to drive service satisfaction
-
Build, enhance, and maintain broker information, including appointment status, commission payment details, and contact information
-
Improve the quality and accuracy of broker data in SAP-CRM and the EyeMed Broker experience

Maintain ongoing communication with EyeMed Sales, Account Management, and Broker representatives

Manage multiple communication channels, including cases, email, and Microsoft Teams
-
Identify and recommend system and process improvements to support service operations

Apply CRM system knowledge to improve service delivery for Sales and Service teams

Analyze issue trends to support continuous improvement

Extract, analyze, and deliver concise financial data and reports

Working knowledge of SAP and SAP-CRM

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate trends and data

Advanced Excel skills for financial data extraction and reporting

Ability to manage multiple tasks and communication channels effectively

Strong communication and collaboration skills
