Job Title: Operations Clerk / Payment Operations Specialist
Location: Dublin, CA
Position Type: Temp 2 month assignment
Pay: $27/hr.
Schedule: M-F 8am – 5pm
 
 
Position Summary:
The Operations Clerk will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis to resolve service tickets and following up with members or customers to ensure high satisfaction and effective problem resolution. This role requires flexibility to support various areas within the operations department, performing additional duties as needed.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service tickets through an internal platform.
  • Follow up with members/customers to ensure high satisfaction and resolve issues to a high standard.
  • Pivot and provide support to multiple operational areas, based on departmental needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
