Office Administrator and Front Desk Receptionist (Hybrid)
Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Front Desk Receptionist. In this hybrid role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our mental health clinic, providing excellent customer service to patients, and supporting our clinical staff.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid - 2 days out of the week)
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and send appointment reminders.
- Process payments in person and by phone.
- Chart new patients and update existing patient records.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process billing and coding.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, formatting, and editing documents.
- Maintain databases, records, and office supplies.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and front office staff.
- Contribute to the development of a smooth and efficient office system.
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
Positions Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health facility.
- Experience managing patients with mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle patients experiencing mental health crises with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with medical billing and coding.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
