Multimedia Marketing Specialist / Manager

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Multimedia Marketing Specialist / Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies within the manufacturing industry. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You'll oversee email marketing, social media, event planning, SEO, and PPC while working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and agency partners.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and contribute directly to business growth. You'll also manage an Email Marketing Coordinator and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate timelines and marketing calendars across campaigns.
- Conduct competitive research and leverage insights for campaign refinement.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B environment
- Experience in digital marketing from a manufacturer
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, or similar system
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
- Experience managing vendors and marketing agencies.
- Strong skills in Excel and email platforms (preferably Gmail).
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Highly dependable and detail-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
