Job Title: Mold Injector Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mold Injector Machine Operator to join our team at our Syracuse, NY location. As a Mold Injector Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mold injection machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Thursday shift schedule from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Syracuse, NY
- Pay Rate: 15.50-18/hour doe
- Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate mold injection machines to produce products according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings for each production run
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Mold Injector Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of mold injection processes and machine operation
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
