                                       Medical Scheduler

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Neenah, WI
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20/Hour
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently using EPIC software.
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow.
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information during scheduling.
  • Manage appointment reminders and rescheduling requests.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support multiple departments by prioritizing urgent and routine scheduling needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience using EPIC scheduling software is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an advantage.
