Schedule: Monday through Friday 6 AM to 4 PM with occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing
• Perform skilled maintenance activities including repair and troubleshooting of production equipment
• Conduct preventive emergency corrective and predictive maintenance tasks with proper documentation
• Fabricate and repair parts using shop equipment such as shears, presses, band saws, and hand tools
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precision work
• Collaborate with peers and support staff to identify bottlenecks improve efficiency and solve problems
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment by using appropriate PPE and reporting hazards
• Maintain a clean organized work area and follow all quality standards and procedures
• Engage in ongoing training and participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives

This Job Is a Great Fit If You
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting
• Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands and tools
• Have some experience or training in welding and machining
• Can multitask across different projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Show up consistently and take safety seriously
• Are proficient in reading technical drawings and using computers for documentation
