- Shift: 8-hour shift starting at 7 AM. (Monday- Friday sometimes Saturday and Sunday but rare)
- Pay Rate: $30-35/hour, depending on experience.
- Location: Berkeley, CA (onsite).


Position Description
The CGT JIT Materials Specialist is responsible for managing the daily workload for B68 and B69. This role involves coordinating material receipts and deliveries to support CCTC activities in both locations. Additionally, the specialist will handle SAP/Excel Tracker transactions related to material movements.

Scope of Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate material movement between the warehouse, JIT Warehouse, and the production floors in B68 and B69.
- Receive development materials, verify packing lists, and deliver to specified areas.
- Maintain the Order Tracker for development material receipts.
- Develop an interim VMI materials tracker until B69 storage is available.
- Assist with the setup, launch, and transfer of existing/new products in B68 and B69.
- Familiarize and understand existing CCTC processes and physical products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in PSS meetings for CCTC, SCM, and WMM.
- Engage in VIP/A3 projects and other improvement/cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide reports and information as requested.
- Participate in the Cycle Count program for JIT materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (AA Degree preferred).
- Entry-level experience in warehousing, transportation, or inventory control desired.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of MRP (SAP P2R/APO).
- Proficiency in computer skills, including mandatory Excel experience.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Soft skills needed: Proficiency in computer skills.

- Location: Berkeley, CA (onsite).
- Daily responsibilities: Tasks include material coordination, receiving materials, maintaining order trackers, supporting product setups and transfers, and participating in team projects.
