Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect, receive, and process materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Physically move materials using hand trucks or forklifts and update inventory systems
- Deliver and receive orders from internal and external services, verifying quantities and accuracy
- Process products against purchase and work orders using an electronic management system
- Manage and control key documentation to record, allocate, and distribute regulated products
- Conduct cycle audits, perform physical inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company quality system requirements
- Read and follow work instructions, bills of materials, and quality compliance policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge and strong math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Experience handling materials and operating forklifts or other lifting devices
- Understanding of quality documentation practices, product recalls, and material segregation
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
- Location: Noblesville, IN 46060
- Work Environment: Onsite – clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing facility
