Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Monroe, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (based on attendance and performance)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Material Handler with 3–5 years of experience in pick and pack operations, sit-down electric forklift operation, and use of RF scanners. This position plays a key role in supporting our warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, movement, and documentation of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform pick and pack functions accurately based on order requirements and client specifications

Operate a cherry picker and sit-down electric forklift to retrieve and store inventory in high-reach locations

Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with precision and care

Verify product information, inspect for damages, and ensure quantity accuracy

Label, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners to maintain proper warehouse flow

Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain a clean warehouse environment

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and equipment

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment with pick and pack operations

Proven experience operating a sit-down electric forklift (certification preferred or must be willing to obtain)

Comfortable working on a cherry picker and in high-reach locations

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

High school diploma or GED required (must show proof)

Must provide an updated resume reflecting required experience

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Proficiency using RF scanning devices

Current forklift certification or experience with additional material handling equipment
