Job Title: Material Handler I
Location: West Fargo, ND
Pay Rate: $20.53 – $26.13 per hour (commensurate with skills/experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with occasional overtime on Fridays)

Position Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking Material Handler I candidates to support local manufacturing operations at our client's West Fargo, ND facility. In this role, you'll perform key material handling and warehousing functions including receiving, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies in a clean, safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and pull parts; deliver materials and supplies as needed
- Accurately utilize data collection systems and software to record material movement
- Perform bin transfer confirmations and verify all material pulled for production orders
- Maintain administrative records and process orders using computers
- Operate mobile equipment as required
- Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with corrective actions
- Perform 5S and Safety Stop Audits observations
- Participate in CI/PID process and follow CPS Standard Work
- Support cross-training and various shop areas as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' job-related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and travel within the plant
- Capable of repetitive motions; lift/carry up to 35 lbs
- Reach overhead, below waist, and lift/file documents as needed
- Visual and hearing abilities required for safe job performance
- Physical exertion to safely lift, push, or pull components
