Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $18.42/hour

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Employment: Temp-to-Perm (6 months initial contract)

Work Setup: Onsite
-
Move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hoists to support daily production operations.
-
Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to ensure materials are correctly distributed to workstations.
-
Build packaging systems and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
-
Transfer, sort, and label materials according to specifications and maintain accurate inventory records.

Perform equipment checks, minor repairs, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety requirements to ensure a safe and productive environment.

A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Technical experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, or scissor lifts.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or production schedules.
