Kelly Services is Hiring – Material Handler | Maryland Heights, MO
Contract-to-Hire | $18/hour | 1st Shift (6 AM – 2 PM, Monday–Friday)

Kelly Services is partnering with a growing manufacturing client in Maryland Heights, MO (63146) to find a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company known for its sustainable printing solutions and commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Read shipping orders and move materials to production or storage areas.

• Inventory Control: Organize and label inventory, assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment (training provided).

• Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload trucks, prepare shipping documents, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.

• Coordination & Admin: Work with carriers, assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintain dock cleanliness.

• Team Support: Help train teammates and participate in safety and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally

• Must be able to stand/move throughout the shift

• Comfortable using computers and handling basic data entry

• Able to pass a drug screen and background check

• Detail-oriented with excellent work habits focused on quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends if needed.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have transportation
