Kelly Services is Hiring – Material Handler | Maryland Heights, MO
Contract-to-Hire | $18/hour | 1st Shift (6 AM – 2 PM, Monday–Friday)
Kelly Services is partnering with a growing manufacturing client in Maryland Heights, MO (63146) to find a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company known for its sustainable printing solutions and commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:-
Material Handling: Read shipping orders and move materials to production or storage areas.

Inventory Control: Organize and label inventory, assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment (training provided).

Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload trucks, prepare shipping documents, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.

Coordination & Admin: Work with carriers, assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintain dock cleanliness.

Team Support: Help train teammates and participate in safety and process improvement initiatives.

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally

Must be able to stand/move throughout the shift

Comfortable using computers and handling basic data entry

Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Detail-oriented with excellent work habits focused on quality.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends if needed.
