Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: Second - 11am to 7:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Largo, FL 33773
Position Type: Temp to Hire

What's a typical day:
- Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, equipment policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining a proactive mindset to prevent workplace accidents and achieve zero harm.
- Following defined Quality Management Systems, reviewing maintenance records, and completing necessary documentation.
- Controlling and maintaining material flow through the storeroom into production or distribution.
- Receiving incoming material in accordance with procedures and performing cycle counts.
- Collaborating with customer service, supply chain, receiving & inspection, and quality personnel to resolve issues.
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve process yield results.
- Training employees and coordinating daily activities as needed.
- Preparing customer orders for shipment and operating forklift equipment.
This job might be a fit if:
- You have good verbal and written communication skills and can follow work instructions.
- You are proficient in computer skills for data entry and navigating application systems.
- You have experience with Electronic Inventory Management Systems (MRP/ERP).
- You are comfortable with forklift training and operating other material handling equipment.
- You can wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety glasses in designated areas.
- You can sit and stand for long periods with frequent physical activities such as walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
- You are able to lift up to 18lbs routinely and up to 66lbs occasionally.
- You can work overtime as needed.
Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of related experience required.
- Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred.
