Job Title: Material Flow Coordinator
Location: Dubuque, IA (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Shift Information: 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 40 hours per week

  • Overtime is possible (up to 5 hours/week) depending on workload
  • No travel required

Position Overview:
As a Material Flow Coordinator, you will ensure efficient movement of materials through unit processes and operations, handle return shipments to suppliers and rework vendors, and assist with coordination and documentation using SAP. You'll work closely with various teams to solve problems and support ongoing supply chain activities.

 

Must Haves:

  • Knowledge of unit processes and operations; strong understanding of principles and independent application of knowledge
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience using SAP systems
  • Ability to determine, coordinate, and process return shipments to suppliers and rework vendors

Education Preferred:

  • Degree in a Business/Management discipline, Engineering/Technology discipline, or Supply Management discipline (1–2 years university degree or equivalent experience)

Years of Experience Required:

  • Less than 1 year experience in specific areas of Supply Management (supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc. may be position specific)
  • Less than 1 year work experience in a team environment
