Description

Kelly®, in partnership with Aurius Health, a Johnson and Johnson company, we're seeking a Materials Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Schedule: (assigned by the company)
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What's a typical day as a Materials Coordinator? You'll be:

• Receiving raw materials, production orders, and finished goods inventory units.
• Supporting material transfers for production builds across all warehouse locations.
• Processing all revenue and non-revenue shipments to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
• Completing daily cycle counts and controlling all inventory statuses to support a 98% warehouse accuracy and 99% dollar accuracy goal.
• Ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality guidelines.
• Utilizing material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and dollies.
• Performing a variety of complex tasks with creativity and independence.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least three years of material control and shipping/receiving experience.
• Are experienced with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred), and proficient in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Possess basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel to maintain accurate records.
• Hold a High School diploma (AA or AS degree preferred) and can demonstrate sound independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and can simplify complex problems into actionable tasks.
• Are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a GMP-regulated environment, with experience in international shipments.
• Are willing and able to work overtime as required and can lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have excellent customer service skills.
• Can work in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
