Join Our Team as a Material Coordinator!
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Material Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials for our cutting-edge products.
About the Role:
As a Material Coordinator, you'll be responsible for reading, following, and signing route sheets, as well as preparing materials for manufacturing according to daily schedules. You'll work independently while collaborating with coworkers and managers to achieve team goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efforts will be essential to your success.
Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour

What You'll Do:
- Read, follow, and sign route sheets.
- Prepare materials for manufacturing according to daily schedules.
- Record data in Excel where necessary.
- Review and inspect work using IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids.
- Move work orders in our ERP system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Ability to take direction and retain information.
- Basic computer skills (navigating the internet, using Excel, composing emails).
- Experience with UPS or FedEx software.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience using large equipment.
- Self-reliance and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- High School diploma or GED.
Bonus Points:
- PCB manufacturing experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment and/or cleanroom attire.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 5-15 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work in an environment that may contain chemicals, fumes, and odors.
