
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Material Coordinator for Juncos, PR with a salary starting at $17.81ph. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for performing various hands-on operations, including receiving, storing, dispensing, transferring, and shipping materials in compliance with standard operating procedures within a cGMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, dispense, deliver, transfer, reconcile, cycle count, or ship materials in accordance with cGMP procedures and regulations.
- Utilize inventory systems effectively to resolve basic system issues and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and, when necessary, trucks to move warehouse materials.
- Handle, transport, and manage hazardous materials according to federal guidelines.
- Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify and report operational issues, propose solutions, and assist in process improvements.
- Participate in departmental projects and monitor training compliance for staff.
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions, preparing for regulatory inspections and audits.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 1 year of supply chain work or military experience, or an Associate's degree.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a GMP or regulated environment.
- Proficiency in multiple software applications and strong computer skills.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
