As a Marketing Operations Transformation Lead, you'll help optimize Nasdaq's Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) tech stack to help streamline form, program, and campaign set ups and remove technical debt throughout the platform. You'll work closely with Growth, Go-To-Market, and Product Marketing teams to…
- Conduct a wholistic end-to-end audit of the current set up in Marketo, take inventory of what could be improved and bring findings and optimization proposals to the Manager of Performance Marketing.
- Redesign Campaign and Program Hierarchy: Create a new child/parent campaign hierarchy to streamline reporting efforts, ensure all campaigns are properly synced to Salesforce.
- Take Inventory of all Forms and Landing Pages: Identify any data leaks in the process, clean up all form components and provide recommendations on best practices for high-traffic MQL channels.
- Document all proposed processes: Help build a Marketing playbook for colleagues to reference and streamline processes across 5 distinct lines of business.
- Explore Emerging Tech: Research and support preparation strategies for new tools like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing solutions, in alignment with enterprise GTM governance.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/Automation.
- Deep expertise in Marketo, with the ability to turn the current instance upside-down to transform current set up.
- Expertise of the full Sales funnel, with an emphasis on Lead management best practices and operations.
- Understanding of the Marketo to Salesforce integration, and how data passes back and forth across both platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for building systems that connect data, tools, and teams to drive revenue.
