Job Title: Overhead Crane Operator Trainer

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Overhead Crane Operator Trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills of our operators! In this position, you will coordinate and conduct training sessions, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently. Flexibility is key, as you will engage with trainees across multiple shifts, primarily focusing on first and second shifts. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time – Contract
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $35-$40/HR
- Shift: 1st Shift (6 am to 2 pm) & 2nd Shift (2 pm to midnight)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for overhead crane operation.
- Conduct both classroom and hands-on training using provided content.
- Document training activities in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Deliver a 20-minute presentation on a safety topic, utilizing supplied materials.
- Complete the "train-the-trainer" course through Fox Valley Tech.
- Assess operator performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Manage time effectively to train a large number of employees within specified time frames.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure safe equipment usage.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate various shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience operating overhead cranes (bridge, jib, and gantry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective training.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
