Enjoy competitive pay starting at $22.25/hr (+$0.75 for shift rotation) and long term career growth
HEAVY overtime. Work a rotating day and night shift schedule
7-7   65+ hours a week

What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot equipment in real-time, uncovering root causes, and pioneering solutions.
  • Drive quality—spot issues, make swift adjustments, and ensure every product meets the highest standards.
  • Perform hands-on upkeep to keep machinery and processes running smoothly and reliably.
  • Apply your manufacturing know-how to smash results targets and exceed expectations.
  • Master material handling, from expert packaging and labeling to setting up advanced fiber paths for production.
  • Splice and repair breaks, inspect for excellence, and help configure mechanical systems.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment where safety and teamwork are always top priorities.
What are we looking for?
  • Demonstrate a solid, stable work history
  • Hold a high school diploma/GED
  • Are ready to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and in the future
  • Value safety, great attendance, and teamwork
  • Communicate clearly and reliably
  • Love the energy of 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable operating computers and passing Essential Function Testing
  • Proof of HS Diploma is required.
