Position: Manufacturing Technicians
Location: Fremont, CA

Schedule/Pay: 

 Monday - Friday   6:45AM - 3:15PM   $22.50/HR   Monday - Friday   3:45PM - 12:15AM   $24.00/HR 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and basic troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow test process instructions (TPI) meticulously to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and processes to identify any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
• Assist in unpacking and packaging materials, including moving servers or racks, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
• Document all processes and results in accordance with manufacturing documentation standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the overall operation of the manufacturing process.

Job Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and report findings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation processes and standards.
• Proficient in basic office applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and components.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for electronic and mechanical systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods while performing tasks.
• Ability to work safely on ladders as required
