Position: Manufacturing Technicians
Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule/Pay:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and basic troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Follow test process instructions (TPI) meticulously to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and processes to identify any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
- Assist in unpacking and packaging materials, including moving servers or racks, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
- Document all processes and results in accordance with manufacturing documentation standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the overall operation of the manufacturing process.
Job Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and report findings.
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation processes and standards.
- Proficient in basic office applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and components.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for electronic and mechanical systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods while performing tasks.
- Ability to work safely on ladders as required
