Description

Manufacturing Technician I – 2nd Shift (New Brighton, MN 55112)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

Join a growing medical device manufacturing team dedicated to quality and improvement! As a Manufacturing Technician I, you'll assemble products using specialized equipment, collaborate with leads and specialists, and help meet daily customer demand and schedules. We value safety and quality at every step, and you'll participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble/test medical devices using fixtures, instructions, and equipment
  • Collaborate to meet production goals
  • Solve basic production cell issues
  • Report quality or process concerns
  • Maintain standard work and documentation
  • Support a clean, organized workspace (5S activities)
  • Follow company quality system policies
  • Complete documentation for regulatory needs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or work experience
  • Read and follow safety/procedure documents
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Team collaboration skills
Preferred:
  • GMP knowledge
  • Medical device manufacturing experience
  • Microscope use
  • Problem analysis skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Work with adhesives, solvents, chemicals
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting
  • Lift/move up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Inspect small parts, color vision required
  • Follow strict apparel/personal hygiene standards for controlled environments
