Pay Rate: $24 Hourly
Shift: 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to play a vital role in assembling life-saving medical devices used in surgical procedures. If you thrive in a meticulous, high-stakes environment and have a passion for contributing to healthcare, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intricate assembly work under a binocular microscope within a controlled clean room environment.
• Follow strict gowning procedures to maintain a sterile workspace.
• Read and interpret work order instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and engineering drawings.
• Utilize small hand tools such as razor blades, tweezers, adhesives, and rulers, demonstrating excellent manual dexterity.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively follow directions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience performing assembly using a binocular microscope within a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working under a binocular microscope for the entire duration of the shift.
• Strong ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a clean room setting.
