Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Candidate must be flexible for possible shifts
Mon.- Fri. or Wed. - Sun.  5:30am - 2:30pm + OT. 
Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:
• Operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Assisting with the movement of freight carriers using forklifts or other powered vehicles
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures
• Operating a loader, straight or an articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle, equipped with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop.
• Coordinate bulk loading activities with customer drivers and sales personnel.
• Run controls to convey proper cement/aggregate product to railcar or bulk truck.
• Ensure shipping and receiving paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis. 
• Perform and properly log routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, greasing and fluid level checks, etc. 


Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in cement or shipping facilities is highly preferred.
• Previous or current front-end loader certified (or able to be certified)
• Capable of accessing heights - top of railcars, stairways to silo top elevations, etc.
• Have mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Are eligible for a TSA background screening and capable of obtaining a TWIC card
• Have basic to intermediate MS Office skills and SAP experience
