Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler in Farmington!

Join a Smart Factory production team where your role keeps operations moving every day. You'll stage and transport materials, track inventory digitally, and support multiple production areas — all in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Move, stage, and organize materials for daily production flow
  • Operate forklifts, EPJs, or overhead cranes safely
  • Record material movements in SAP/Oseon
  • Supply workstations with parts, tools, and paperwork
  • Support basic prep work in bending, welding, or paint as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace with 5S discipline
  • Assist with continuous improvement efforts

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Forklift/PIV experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills; willing to learn SAP and Oseon
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience encouraged
  • Safety-focused, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $19.00–$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-Term Temp with potential for permanent hire
