Kelly Services is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer  for one of our top clients in West Palm Beach, FL.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer  for a 12 month +  engagement at one of our Global clients in West Palm Beach, FL.

Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing / Production Engineer with a strong focus on tooling design and process improvement. This position is ideal for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who is eager to optimize production efficiency, support tooling implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for daily production.
• Support tooling design, commissioning, and decommissioning of production equipment.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layouts to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and validate new processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedures, process changes, drawings, and reports.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to identify waste reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all engineering and production processes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (required).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production engineering (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for process optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple departments.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
