Job Details: 

• Pay: $21.50 - $27.50 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule:  Monday-Friday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
  • $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Assembly Worker? You'll be (depending on exact position):

• Using hand tools and blueprints/instructions to perform production activities used to make large components.
• Removing debris from moulds and prepare for next part of the process. 
• Applying various material in layers per instructions.
• Removing excess material from moulds after it sets. 
• Using pneumatic sanders to prepare the surface of the part for next part of process.
• Trimming outside edges of parts and blending seams.
• Applying gelcoats and sanding and buffing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Can stand/walk for long durations.
• Can read instructions and perform basic math.
• Can operate hand tools (and potentially power tools).
• Can lift up to 40lbs.
• Can work well in a team and prioritize safety as a top concern.
